The real estate company, DODOMA d.o.o. is a private owned company. We have the headquarters in Maribor and a branch office in Ljubljana. The company is active since 1996 and it has twenty-eight employees in full-time employment.

The registered activities of the company are real estate business, construction, services and trade. The main activities are real estate business, appraisements of real estate and movable property and business and financial consultancy. Within those activities the company carries out many transactions related to the real estate business. Our employees have long-term experience at real estate business which is shown by many satisfied foreign and Slovene customers.

Our company offers in the real estate business complete services to the clients: all kinds of consultancy, assistance by finding the right solution of a problem, assistance by closing a financial construction and final realization of the chosen solution. Our aim is an active cooperation with the client at the realization of his needs and wishes and at the end of this cooperation a satisfied client.

The appraisers of the company are experts with long-term experience, excellent references and are well accepted by banks, district courts, and municipal offices and also by the state.

With the knowledge and experiences of our lawyers and experts we can help you at several affairs: managing property affairs, sales, booking in the land register (property right and other rights on a real estate), elaboration of investment plans and exercising control over the investment and spent finances, etc.

We also signed the code of custom and usance. Due to the real estate agencies act we are insured for compensation responsibility at "Zavarovalnica Triglav". According to this law we take out 19 estate agent licenses at the Ministry of environment and spatial planning.
