- Half of the notary (if notarial record), which depends of the sale price but normally about 125 - 210 EUR; if normal contract - fee for the lawyer which is in most cases less than the costs for notarial record
- 50 EUR for the viewings per day
- These costs are always present but in some cases there are even additional costs such as evaluation
- The tax on the property is very low - for instance: a 2 bedrooms detached house (aprox. 120 m2) would be 33 - 42 EUR/year
